We do not accept any return or exchange
However we do accept return or refund if it is due to the following reasons:
- Not the products customer ordered (eg wrong size / wrong colour)
- Defective due to manufacturing process
- Missing parts as indicated in the packaging
Prior to any return, please contact us by email email@example.com Our dedicated staff will inform you regarding the return procedures
Any return without instruction from us will be rejected and no refund will be proceed
The returned goods/products will be checked with the receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Buyer will be responsible for any charges incurred in returning the item back to us. Maylee Home will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 5 days after the confirmation.
